T -I -N, R -13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Commence at the SE corner of
SWIM SE1/4, thence N 01'49'20" E, 41.64 feet; thence N 88° 11'40"
W, 355.0 feet to the point of beginning (said point being the
intersection of the North right of way line of Baseline Road and West
right of way line of Production Drive); thence N 88111'40" W along
the North right of way line of Baseline Road, 305.71 feet to a point on
the East line of Lot 33B, Triangle Properties Industrial District
Addition; thence N 01°2422" E along said East line of Lot 33B, 278.14
feet tp a point on the South line of Lot 13, Triangle Properties
Industrial District Addition; thence S 88011'40" E along said South
