A variance is requested from the
area regulations of Section 36-254
to permit construction of an
addition with a reduced rear yard
setback.
Upon further review by staff, it was determined that the proposed
addition conformed to Ordinance setback requirements and no
variance was necessary. The item was advertised and it is
necessary for the Board to vote to withdraw the application.
