curve to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc length of
97.10 feet and a chord which bears North 02253'57' West 82.55 fee':
to the Southeast corner of said Lot 41; thence North 31227'52' East
along the Easterly line of said Lot 41 a distance of 117.90 fee to
the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.902 acre, more or less.
