I hereby certify that i have surveyed a part of the W2,
NW -14 Section 6, T -1-N, R -13-W and a part of the Fr, E2, NE -'4
NE -'4 Section 1, T -1-N, R -14-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
more particularly described as beginning at the NW corner
of the NW -4 Section 6, thence along the North line of said
NW -14 S -89-50-27-E 536.17 feet, thence leaving said North
line S -0-21-47-E 703.98 feet to the North right of way of
Chenal Parkway, thence along said North right of way to a
point N -67 -50 -41 -id 101.46 feet, thence to a point N -78-
50-53-W 281.39 feet, thence to a point N -82-48-31-W 100.24
feet, thence to a point N -78-48-31-W 66.47 feet; Isaid point
being on the West line of the NW4, NW4 of said Section 6,
T -1-N, R -13-W, thence continueing along said North right
of way N -76-06-22-W 34Q.77 feet to the West line of the
E2, E_, NEi, NE4 of Section 1, T -1-N, R -14-W, and on the North
right of way of Chenal Parkway, thence leaving said North
right of way and along the West line of the E2, E42, NF�4,NFr
N -0-34-42-W 501.29 feet to the North Line of'Section 1,
thence along said North line N -89-20-40-E 329.96 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 11.92 acres more or less.
