Commencing at the Southeast corner of said East 1/2, East

813.03 feet; thence North 63°17'34" West 231,20 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 63017'34'
West 130.04 feet; thence North 01.55'35" East 258.48 feet to a
point on the Southerly right-of-way line of Arkansas State
Highway No. 10; thence along sold right-of-way line South
60'09'04" East 154.03 feet; thence continuing along said right-
of-way line South 83°21'02" East 11.97 feet; thence South
09°02'47" West 241.74 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
containing 0.775 acres, more or less.
NOTE:
Right of way easement to Sewer Improvement District No. 222,
recorded as Instrument No. 79-47783 is not shown due to an
Incomplete and unpiottable description. At the time of the survey
the the effect of the easement on the subject property has
not been determined.
