This is concerning the current address of 4700 Mablevale Pike Lr Ar 72209
this property is currently known as a R-2 zoning with the City of LR.
I am needing a zoning of a I-2 to use the property as a building that will
be used for Fencing & Gates (Black Iron fencing) It will be a 2 man
operation. Orders and estimates will be taken over the phone and on site.
The actual making of these fences will be on site.
This property is triangle in shape and sits back from main street. It is
currently fenced with a chain link to secure the property
The hours of operation will be 9:00arn to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday with
half a day on Saturday.
The previous operation was a Auto Service shop with its owner Mr Elrod
it was recently purchased by Eugenia and Charles Williams.
I thank the City for hearing and reviewing this application to change the
zoning to a 1-2 to afford this business to operate
