Development Staff Comments:
Will all construction/fabrication of fencing be done inside the enclosed building?
Will there be any outdoor storage of supplies, materials, etc.?
Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show on the site plan with required screening.
Will there be any new sight lighting?
Any signage must comply with Section 36-554 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in industrial zones).
