INANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT
AND TO ESTABLISH A REVISED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT —
INDUSTRIAL TITLED WILLIAMS PD-I, LOCATED AT 4700
MABELVALE PIKE (Z-9802), LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-2,
Single -Family District, to PD-C, Planned Development - Industrial:
Z-9802: Described as a part of the N1/2 of the SW1/4 of the NEIA, Section 19, T-1-
N, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 (the
northwest corner of the N1/2 of the SWIA of the NE1/4) said Section 19; thence
SO°10'W, along the west of the said N1/2 SWIA NE1/4 for 193.0 feet to a point on the
westerly right-of-way line of Mabelvale Pike; thence northeasterly along the westerly
right-of-way line of Mabelvale Pike, 210.0 feet, more or less to a point; thence
N69014'W, for 181.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Thatthe preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little Rock
23 Planning Commission.
24 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Williams — PD-I, located at 4700
25 Mabelvale Pike (Z-9802), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by
26 Chapter 36, Article V11, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
27 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
28 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
29 Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
30 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof:
31 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
