The last day to have notices postmarked for the July meeting is Wednesday, June 28, 2023. The abstract list for Potter Street and Johnson Street are still good of course. Therefore,
if you will please submit the proof of postage, the notice provided by this office to the landowners and the affidavit provided earlier that will suffice.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, June 30, 2023:

Two (2) of your items, 3924 Potter Street and 1619/1623 Johnson Street, were pulled from the consent agenda and moved to the regular agenda during last night’s meeting. Citizens submitted
cards in opposition to the Chair and the items were open to full discussion.
Staff made an effort to locate you in the building but was unsuccessful. The two (2) items were deferred to the July 13, 2023 Planning Commission agenda. You will be required to attend
the July meeting to represent the applications.
You will also be required to notify landowners again for the two (2) items listed. Staff will review the By-Laws Monday to determine if you may notify via regular mail or certified mail.
