Citizens submitted cards in opposition to the Chair and the items were open to full discussion.   Staff made an effort to locate you in the building but was unsuccessful. The two (2) items were deferred to the July 13, 2023 Planning Commission agenda. You will be required to attend the July meeting to represent the applications.   You will also be required to notify landowners again for the two (2) items listed. Staff will review the By-Laws Monday to determine if you may notify via regular mail or certified mail.   If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.   Torrence Thrower | Development Specialist City of Little Rock | Planning and Development 723 W.
