The home sits approximately 40 feet back from the driveway/parking area on Springwood Drive so no disturbance or noise to the neighbors. I have also notified the Birchwood Neighborhood
Association President, Joanne regarding my intentions to make my home available as a Short Term Rental.
No changes to the building exterior structure are being proposed for the Short Term Rental request.
Within the residential blocks of my home there are other single family residential homes.
