Mr. Moore:
We are submitting the attached site plan for review by the Litt le Rock Planning
Commission for a Plan Zoned Development. The property is currently vacant with three
(3) structures not in use. There exists an abandoned grocery store, a coin laundry, and a
car wash. We are seeking approval to renovate the structures as follows:
1. Grocery Store – This building will be renovated and converted to a quick -
serve restaurant.
2. Coin Laundry – This building will be renovated and converted to a Barber
Shop & Bea uty Salon .
3. Car Wash – The carwash will remain the same use. These facilities will be
repaired and made functional again.
Currently the p roperty is primarily asphalt paving which w e intend to leave. Our site
plan shows the available parking and the location we are adding additional parking to
meet city parking requirements. We will establish a landscape buffer as shown.
