Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
Provide operating hours for each use. Staff suggests requesting C-3 permitted uses as alternate uses.
Screening is required for adjacent residential properties.
All signage must conform as per Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, dumpster must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Provide details on gas pump area. Will gas pumps remain or be removed from the site.
Revise site plan with respect to required Right-of-Way (ROW) dedication.
Provide number of operators for the barber/beauty use.
