Please find attached the Long Form P.Z.D. Application, 2 copies of the survey, and 2 copes of the Site
Plan for your review. We are proposing a zoning change from the existing R-2 zoning to PD-R
zoning contingent on the annexation application being approved.
The owner is proposing a luxury townhouse development consisting of 30 buildings of 4 units a
piece and a clubhouse with a pool. There are 81 public parking spaces with 4 ADA spaces provided.
Mail will be collected in a kiosk area located centrally within the development. All streets will be
public within a 50' right-of-way. All rear entering units will be two car garages and street facing
units shall have one car garages. There are no variances requested.
