Development Staff Comments:
Staff suggests requesting I-2 permitted uses for both lots.
Will there be a cross-parking easement between Lot 1 and Lot 2?
Will there be a dumpster on either lot? If so, show on the site plan with required screening.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any new signage must comply with Section 36-554 (signs permitted in industrial zones).
