The images attached show certified mail receipts, not an image of the sign posted as indicated.
Regarding notices: if these are certified mail receipts you are attempting to submit for notification the submission is deficient.
The following notice exhibits are:
The notice form provided by this office completed by the applicant that was forwarded to the landowner.
The certified abstract list provided by a title company.
The certified mail receipts. If the ones attached are the landowners provided by the title company, please provide the remaining exhibits.
