3 '-AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 "L-6748-F: Described as Lot 1, Rick and Steve Subdivision to the City of Little Rock,
12 Pulaski County, Arkansas, less and except those parts deeded to the City of Little
13 Rock for right-of-way, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
14 the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N01147'49" E, 125.0 feet to the southern
15 right-of-way of Kanis Road; thence S87154'05" E, along said southern right-of-way,
16 115.0 feet; thence S45137'56" E, 9.72 feet to the western right-of-way of Bowman
17 Road; thence S03103'48" E, along said western right-of-way, 6.13 feet; thence
18 S01°58'43" W, along said western right-of-way, 104.11 feet to a point on the South
19 line of said Lot 1; thence N87154' 11" W, along said south line,123.36 feet to the point
20 of beginning, containing 0.25 acres, more or less: From C-1, Neighborhood
21 Commercial District, to C-3, General Commercial District (1208 Bowman Road).
22 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
23 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
24 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
25 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
26 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
29 ordinance.
30 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
31 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
