This is to certify we have surveyed part of Block 3, Rectortown to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and part of Block 9, Russell's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and part of McLean Street and part of East Third Street described as:
Beginning at the NE Corner of Block 9, Russell's Addition; thence south along the
east line of said Block 9, 304.1 feet to the southeast corner cf Block 3, Rectortown
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said point being on the north R/W of East
Third Street; thence N 88° 34' W along the south line of said Block 3, 300.0 feet to
the southwest corner of said Block 3, Rectortown, said point being on the east R/W
of Byrd Street; thence north along the west line of said Block 3, Rectortown, 56.0
feet; thence S 880 34' E 100.0 feet; thence north 248.1 feet to a point on the north
line of said Block 9, Russell's Addition, said point being on the south R/W of East
Second Street; thence S 88° 34' E along said north line of Block 9, 200.0 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 1.53 Acres more or less.
