Isolate and cap septic tank connection to leaching field. Owrier will be responsible for pumping septic tank during remainder of construction pi'se as required, 3, Construct remainder of two 48" Drainage lines, extendip6 to ditch at east property tine, 4, Provide temporary chain link fencing to separate Phe II construction zone from Phase I construction area, 5, Activate new 48" storm drainage lines into full use, Phase IIIc 1, Construct all of building and west parking lot. 2. Construct sanitary sewer treatment facititles, 3, Construct portions of east parking tot that do not conflict with existing kennels, two story primary buitding and its immediate parking area, 4, InstaLt Landscaping around buitding and west Lawn areas, 5.
