LIMIT OF
CLEARING
(AT FENCE
LIN)
THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF PULASKI COUNTY IS AN EXISTING FACILITY, THE FACILITY WILL REMAIN AT ITS FULL
CAPACITY OF OPERATION THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION, PRECAUTIONS SHALL BE TAKEN BY THE
CONTRACTOR TO SAFEGUARD THE WELL BEING OF THE PUBLIC PATRONS, HUMANE SOCIETY STAFF AND THE
ANIMALS HOUSED BY THE SOCIETY, DEMOLITION OF THE TWO STORY PRIMARY STRUCTURE AND KENNELS
SHALL NOT OCCUR UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT THE SOCIETY HAS FULLY OCCUPIED THE NEW BUILDING,
Notes Owner to remove two mobite homes and one portable building structure prior to
start of construction,
Phase I:
1, Implement temporary erosion control measures,
2� Perform clearing operations,
3, Identify and locate existing septic tank and teaching field,
4, Construct two 48" Drainage lines to a location immediately west of the existing 2 story
building, including excavation and backfill, Existing exterior kennel area and septic tank
system shalt remain in operation,
5, During Phase I, the existing drainage ditch that extends northerly across site
shall remain in use,
Phase II,
1, Provide temporary chain link fencing to reduce size of existing kennel area to that area north
of the New 48° Drainage tine construction zone, Provide one (1) chain link fence gate at west
corner of existing kennel fence area,
2. Isolate and cap septic tank connection to leaching field. Owrier will be responsible for
pumping septic tank during remainder of construction pi'se as required,
3, Construct remainder of two 48" Drainage lines, extendip6 to ditch at east property tine,
4, Provide temporary chain link fencing to separate Phe II construction zone from Phase I
construction area,
5, Activate new 48" storm drainage lines into full use,
Phase IIIc
1, Construct all of building and west parking lot.
2. Construct sanitary sewer treatment facititles,
3, Construct portions of east parking tot that do not conflict with existing kennels, two story
primary buitding and its immediate parking area,
4, InstaLt Landscaping around buitding and west Lawn areas,
5. Reconnect existing kennet fenced enclosure to two story building and relocate portion of
existing kennel fencing on west end as shown,
Phase IV:
1, Demotish remaining two story structure and any other existing site improvements that are
scheduled for demolition,
2, Complete construction of east parking lot and att other remaining proposed improvements,
