RE: Variance Request – Lot 2, Tract 300 (Unrecorded) Chenal Valley
Gentlemen,
The Owner, PotlatchDeltic would like variances to permit the construction of a three-story bank
with a floor area in excess of 10,000 square feet. To conform with the steep site, the lower level
of the bank will be at grade on only the lower portions of the site. From the corner of Rahling
Road and Kirk Road it will appear as a two-story structure.
I have attached preliminary plans of the proposed improvements with elevations, a current
survey, the application form, the owner’s affidavit. We will hand deliver a check for the
application fee.
Please place this item on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Adjustment.
