THIS PLAT REPRESENTS A TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY WITH DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PROPOSED LEASE BOUNDARY AND UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF TELECORP HOLDING CORP, INC.
