on the south side of Verizon's leased area. I am sending these documents FedEx overnight
to you. Could you please replace the construction drawings I included in the initial

Try to get that landscaping in there. Look at the location of the other equipment on the
site and you will see that you are proposing to come much closer to the south property
line than the existing shelters and platforms. The equipment should meet the setback of
the zoning district which would typically require a 15 foot setback on the south because
the adjacent property is zoned residential. I am willing to work with you all on this but
I need screening.

Dana,
I have spoke with our engineering team and they state that Verizon would not be able to
landscape between their outdoor equipment and the existing chainlink fence. There would
not be enough room to locate any plantings.
We worked to make sure the compound was not expanded, and kept Verizon's lease area within
Equity Broadcasting's existing lease area. There were few viable options as to where
Verizon could place their equipment. And the location of the equipment, as shown in the
site plan I sent you, is tight to say the least.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there can be a administrative variance
granted on this specific site.

perimeter of their use area where the driveway for the apartments is located. I need you
to submit a plan showing the planting of shrubbery along that south perimeter of the
equipment pad and generator pad. The shrubs must be 30 inches in height at planting, with
a maximum spacing of 48 inches and must grow to a height of at least 60 inches at
maturity. Ideally, the plantings need to be in your lease area. If this is not possible at
this site, I can work with you. I will hold your application until the landscape plan is
submitted.
