To whom it may concern,
I am requesting a variance from the requirements of
the Zoning Ordinance due to there being a bus stop
in front of my property and my dogs being able to
jump 4 ft fence. By making my fence taller it would
stop my dogs from being able to get out. I currently
have a dog that has to be chained to my tree due to
it going out of the fence. Due to my dog being
chained up Animal Control has come to my house to
leave me notices they have advised me to build the
fence as quickly as possible but in order for my dog
to stay in my property I would need to build a taller
fence.
