The River Market DRC has reviewed the projector illuminated wall sign at 100 River Market
during the November 8, 2022 meeting. The DRC has approved your application. The final vote
was 3 ayes, 0 noes and 1 recusal, and 1 absent.
The DRC is an advisory committee, and its recommendation will be forwarded to the BOA.
Please include this communication of approval with your BOA application when submitting. After
the scheduled BOA meeting, if approved, you will be required to get a sign permit and franchise
permit from the City of Little Rock. Those can be obtained at the Planning and Development
office at 723 West Markham on the second floor. Your paperwork will be at the zoning desk
waiting for you.
