Hi Mark,
You can complete the application and send it to me via email or drop it off in person, whichever works best for you. The
attached would suffice the cover letter.
Below are several questions/comments to provide answers to for your application:
Since the signage will be projected onto 100 River Market Ave, that building owner will need to provide
authorization of the application.
What are the proposed sign dimensions?
Do you have more information about the programming of the sign? Illumination hours? Weekends only? Things
like this.
Will the installation of the projector in the upper story window of 400 President Clinton alter the window in any
way? Or will you just be opening the window?
What is the maximum brightness of the projection? To get an idea of possible light pollution and the impacts of
the projection on pedestrians and vehicles.
Concerning context and movement, if you plan to have animated content, please review Sec.36-547 of the city
code:
