Below are several questions/comments to provide answers to for your application:  Since the signage will be projected onto 100 River Market Ave, that building owner will need to provide authorization of the application.  What are the proposed sign dimensions?  Do you have more information about the programming of the sign? Illumination hours? Weekends only? Things like this.  Will the installation of the projector in the upper story window of 400 President Clinton alter the window in any way? Or will you just be opening the window?  What is the maximum brightness of the projection?
