See correspondence below dated December 1, 2022 from Brad regarding venue location:
The notice forwarded to landowners provides an incorrect venue – City Hall is currently undergoing a complete remodel and will be unavailable until further notice.
This is an easy fix:
take the notice provided in today’s correspondence and type/write “CORRECTION” at the top of the page and forward to landowners provided per the ownership search (I noted there were
several duplicate landowners in the search provided, as long as the addresses are the same you are ok there, if different address provided for same landowner, I suggest forwarding it
as necessary).
Finally, provide to staff a digital image of the stamped envelopes sent to landowners.

Please find attached the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit for the January 19, 2023 BOA meeting.
Please be mindful hearing notices must be postmarked no later than Monday, January 9, 2023. Please provide notice exhibits to staff no later than Friday, January 13, 2023 for review.
If you forward mail outs via certified mail, provide to staff the following:
1) copy of the notice mailed to landowners
2) the 200 foot ownership search obtained from the title company and
3) the small green/white certified mail receipts (complete with landowners address indicated)
If you mail via USPS or hand-deliver the notices, please provide the following:
1) copy of the notice provided to landowners
2) the list of landowners and method utilized to obtain landowners within 200 feet of the proposal and
3) the signatures from landowners indicating they received the hearing notice from the applicant
