the City of Little Rock. The tower where Verizon wishes to collocate is located on the
grounds of the Wilson Water Plant.
Please review this material and let me know if I have included all the documentation which
you require.
I have also included a FedEx return label. Could I ask that once you are able to approve the
WCF application for this site, that you send the approved package back to me? Once I have
the final construction drawings, I will submit them along with the WCF package.
