centerline of the pavement, the point of beginning; thence South 19
degrees 43 minutes West 15 feet to the point of curvature of a 470
foot radius curve, the delta of which is left 20 degrees 30 minutes;
thence Southerly along the arc of said curve 168.2 feet to the point
of tangency; thence South 0 degrees 47 minutes East 310 feet to the
point of curvature of a 1,637 foot radius curve, the delta of which

proposed for this location will be structurally capable of supporting at least one
additional carrier. TeleCorp further certifies that it will welcome co -location
agreement requests for this site from other carriers, competitors and non -
competitors alike, and will accept such agreements at prevailing market terms
and conditions.
In addition, TeleCorp hereby testifies that search attempts were made to find
sites in the specified need area in which the possibility of co -locating on an
existing tower and/or attaching to an existing structure would be possible. No
such candidates sites were found.

January 1998 — Information on Human Exposure to Radiofrequency Fields from
Cellular and PCS Radio Transmitters) permit up to 500 watts ERP for this type of
installation.
