Due to the change in venue as LR City Hall is currently undergoing a complete renovation, Staff forwards the attached hearing notice well ahead of time prior to the applicant's scheduled
meeting date. Until further notice, BOA meeting will be held at The Willie L. Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center located at 3805 W. 12th Street.
You are still ok regarding the notification requirement. However, write "CORRECTION" at the top of the attached notice and forward to landowners provided the ownership search via regular
mail.
Please provide a digital image of the mail outs and provide them to staff for placement in your file.
