To Whom it may concern:
We are seeking a variance to the height and area provisions of Section 36-516 of the
Little Rock Code Ordinance to permit the fence constructed outside of the building
line along Haywood Ct. to be increased from 4' to 6' to match the rest of the fence
that has been constructed on the property. This will not impede upon vehicle sight
distance at the corner of Falstone Dr. And Haywood Ct.
