Lenders Title Company has searched the records of the Real Estate Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas
to determine the apparent ownership of property within 200 feet of the perimeter of the following described
property as of November 4, 2022 at 8:00 a.m.
A part of the West ½ of the SE ¼ of Section 36, T-2-N, R-14-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Chenal/Kanis Addition (recorded as Instrument No.
2014029913, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas); thence N75º57'35"W - 6.33' to a point on the
Eastern right of way line of Chenal Parkway, said point also being the point of beginning; thence
continuing along said right of way along the arc of a 904.30' radius curve to the right, having an
arc length of 316.73' and chord of N13º25'46"W - 315.11'; thence leaving said right of way
S87º28'55"E - 410.03"; thence S14º02'25"W - 361.49' to a point on the Northern line of
Chenal/Kanis Addition; thence N75º57'35"W - 256.41' along said North line; back to the point of
beginning, containing 2.5567 acres, more or less.
