radius curve to the left, said curve having a chord bearing and distance of N 32º16'16" E 131.52
feet; thence along the arc of said curve a distance of 134.01 feet; thence departing from said right
of way line S 73º22'26" E 151.97 feet to a point; thence S 87º45'42: E 375.90 feet to a point on the
West right of way line of Interstate Highway 430; thence S 07º57'50"W 156.83 feet along said
right of way line to the point of beginning, area containing 2.0182 acres, more or less.
