County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NE comer of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 7, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West; thence South 01'45'12" West along the East line of said SE 114, NW 1/4
a distance of 510.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 01'45'12"
West a distance of 663.15 feet to a point on said East line; thence North 88035'59" West a
a distance of 554.54 feet to a point on a segment of a curve concave to the West
