Nationwide Pemlit No. 16421 issued by the Little Rock District Corps of Engineers.
11. Tracts Cl & D are preliminarily platted as a Planned Residential Unit (PRD) as
approved by the Little Rack Planning Commission on May 3, 2001, and adopted
by City Ordiance by the Board of Directors on June 5, 2001.
12. Sanitary sewer easements shown herein are 10 feet In width. Storm drainage
