Applicant Responses are due no later than Monday, June 12, 2023. Please submit revised site
plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide cover letter to include maximum number of students.
2. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show on the site plan with required screening.
3. Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
4. Signage must comply with Section 36-553 (signs permitted in office and institutional zones).
5. The proposed gymnasium and future addition comply with minimum building setbacks.
6. Provide proposed building height.
