Below is our response to your comments:
1. The attached Cover Letter includes the maximum number of students for this site.
Enrollment will be capped at 600 students to start, 700 students for future.
2. The attached Site Plan shows the location of the existing dumpsters on site (see key
note #5). Required enclosure will be added to the existing dumpsters.

5. The footprint of the proposed additions are shown on the attached Site Plan. This
will comply with the 8' side yard setback as shown. If a different setback is required,
please add this to the CUP.
G. The height of the proposed gym will be 34'.
