Re: Conditional Use Permit
Discount Tire — West of 16100 Chenal Parkway
Mr. Jordan,
Please accept this letter as our application for a Conditional Use Permit for the above -mentioned
Discount Tire development. We wish to be placed on the August 101, 2023 Planning
Commission Meeting for consideration.
Halle Properties, L.L.C. (Discount Tire Company) will be leasing an approximate 1.64-acre tract
just west of 16100 Chenal Parkway from Riveside Properties, LLC. Discount Tire intends to
develop the property for an approximate 6,295 SF retail tire store with its associated drives and
parking areas. Discount Tire Company only sells and mounts tire and wheels no other
automotoive mechanical services are conducted. All work is conducted inside the building and
no used tires are stored outside or inside the dumpster enclosure.
Discount Tire is not requesting any waivers at this time. Enclosed with this letter are all the
supporting documents for a Conditional Use Permit review.
