Staff has reviewed the submittal for CUP application. The filing fee was not included with the application. If you paid online through LR Treasury, please forward the receipt. If not,
the application fee is $250.00, plus a $5.00 sign fee for a total of $255.00. Please make the check out to the City of Little Rock. If mailing the fee make it to my attention so it
gets to the right place.

Attached is our Conditional Use Permit application for a new Discount Tire retail tire store to be located on an approximate 1.64-acre tract (W of 16100 Chenal Pkwy). We had a pre-development
meeting on this project back on March 6th of this year.
Attached are all the applicable documents and include the following:
CUP Application
CUP Letter of Intent
Bill of Assurance
200’ Feet Ownership report
ALTA survey
Site Plan
Landscape
If we need to send any hardcopies, please let me know and we can overnight to you. Also, please let me know who to contact and we can pay the application fee with a credit card, or
we can overnight a check as well.
