When the residence is rented the entire residence is rented. We do not rent by room. 2. We do have clients that stay up to 12 months. We service those in the medical industry, construction, and those displaced while their homes are being rebuilt from fires. Our current clients have been there since January 17th.  3. The property owner does not live on site. I have also attached the notice of public hearing paperwork as well as the site survey.
