Here are the answers to the questions below.
1. When the residence is rented the entire residence is rented. We do not rent by room.
2. We do have clients that stay up to 12 months. We service those in the medical industry, construction, and those displaced while their homes are being rebuilt from fires. Our current
clients have been there since January 17th.
3. The property owner does not live on site.
I have also attached the notice of public hearing paperwork as well as the site survey.

Contact a title company and request a certified abstract list for landowners within 200 feet of the property lines.
Provide to staff a copy of the notice, the abstract list and the small green certified mail receipts complete with the landowners address and postmark stamp affixed by the post office.

How do I go about receiving information about whose property is within 200 feet of ours?

Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, March 29, 2023, to all owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property, or for plats – to all owners
of lands abutting the property boundary.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Wednesday, April 5, 2023:
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company, or for plats – to all
owners of lands abutting the property boundary).
Certified mail receipts (The small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office).
