Good Morning Sir,
As of today, no one has visited our offices to obtain the sign required for posting regarding your item on the June 8, 2023 Planning Commission agenda. Please provide to staff a photograph
of the sign posted at the site – signs must be visible from the street.
Also, notice exhibits were due to staff no later than Friday, May 26, 2023, staff has not received the following notice exhibits: 1) notice form provided by this office, 2) ownership
search provided by a title company and 3) the green/white certified mail receipts – please be sure to fill these out with the landowners address as indicated per the ownership search.

I do not show where an application fee was submitted. Please provide a copy of the receipt provided by this office or submit the fee in the amount of $280.00 payable to the City of Little
Rock. Someone will have to visit our offices to obtain the sign to be posted at the site. Once the sign is posted, please provide a photograph to staff. Signs must be visible from the
street.
Finally, notices to property owners must be postmarked no later than tomorrow for the June 8th PC agenda. Please see attached for instructions regarding notices.
