Notices for the July 13, 2023 Planning Commission meeting were required to be postmarked no later than June 28, 2023. Notices mailed late will not be accepted.
Your application has been deferred two (2) times; from 4/13/23 to 6/8/23 and from 6/8/23 to 7/13/23.
The Planning Commission Bylaws allow an application to be deferred no more than two (2) times. Therefore, Staff will recommend that your application be withdrawn from the Planning Commission
agenda.

Ok, so do we need to continue this process since the city attorney threw out our case?
