Please see the email correspondence. This was forwarded to all applicants scheduled for the June 8, 2023 Planning Commission on May 9, 2023. The requirements for notification is in the
body of the email attachment and states the following:
“…Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, May 26, 2023:
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing form).
Copy of abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office – please complete this exhibit to include the landowners address per the ownership
search).
Finally, applicants are required to provide a photograph to Staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office is visible from the street.”
At this point, if you have not completed your notices, the item will not be on the June 8, 2023 agenda. You will be required to re-apply.
The next filing deadline is June 12, 2023 for the August 10, 2023 meeting. Staff will allow the application fee submitted to Treasury on May 24, 2023 to be used for the August application,
therefore, you will not be required to submit another application fee, see attached.
Also, please find attached the application submitted to staff signed 1/23/23 and a blank P.Z.D. application to be completed for the August meeting.

Someone will be by to pick up the sign today.
Not sure what notice form is needed or where to get it?
Ownership search. I believe I’m just now hearing about this. I know most title companies charge for a title search. Will the public records suffice? The owner is tagged on the e-mail.
No idea where to get the green/white certified mail receipts.

I do not show where an application fee was submitted. Please provide a copy of the receipt provided by this office or submit the fee in the amount of $280.00 payable to the City of Little
Rock. Someone will have to visit our offices to obtain the sign to be posted at the site. Once the sign is posted, please provide a photograph to staff. Signs must be visible from the
street.
Finally, notices to property owners must be postmarked no later than tomorrow for the June 8th PC agenda. Please see attached for instructions regarding notices.
