Please also see the following brief description of the proposed development below: The project is located at the existing College Station Elementary School on Frazier Pike, just off Bankhead Drive. The property is currently zoned R2 but is not located within a subdivision with a bill of assurance (copy of commercial property card relating to the subject property enclosed). This project is to replace several old, outdated school buildings with a new approx. 23,000 square foot structure with brick veneer and architectural metal panels, complete with media center room to facilitate students' education in a modern facility.
