RE: Conditional Use Development Submittal for College Station Elementary School, Frazier Pike,
Little Rock- Pulaski County Special School District
Dear Sirs,
Please find the submitted (2) sets of the Site Plan and (2) copies of the provided survey included with the
attached Conditional Use submittal. Please also see the following brief description of the proposed
development below:
The project is located at the existing College Station Elementary School on Frazier Pike, just off
Bankhead Drive. The property is currently zoned R2 but is not located within a subdivision with a
bill of assurance (copy of commercial property card relating to the subject property enclosed). This
project is to replace several old, outdated school buildings with a new approx. 23,000 square foot
structure with brick veneer and architectural metal panels, complete with media center room to
facilitate students' education in a modern facility.
