Development Staff Comments:
Provide maximum number of students, employees and number of classrooms.
Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show on the site plan with required screening.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Signage must comply with Section 36-553 (signs permitted in office and institutional zones).
The proposed building setbacks comply with minimum building setbacks.
Provide proposed building height.
