Torrence,                Thanks for sending the Development staff comments; we would respond as below & attached: City of Little Rock Planning Dept. comments Number of students: 180; Number of employees: 35; Number of classrooms: 10; Yes, there will be a replacement dumpster; it’s proposed location is shown on the attached updated Site Plan; Noted, and will be complied with; Noted, and will be complied with. A separate signage application will be submitted by the design team; Noted; Proposed building height will be 26 feet above finished ground elevation. Civil Engineering Review comments Noted; permit applications will be submitted for the school building extension in due course. Little Rock Fire Department comments If required by L.R.F.D., we will provide an additional fire hydrant to serve the school buildings, beyond the existing hydrant located directly opposite the school on Frazier Pike; any additional hydrant will be located in consultation with, and to the satisfaction of, the Fire Marshal. We have tentatively shown a new fire hydrant and F.D.C. location on the attached updated Site Plan, for review. Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority comments Noted, and will be complied with. We will submit proposed Utility Plans to L.R.W.R.A. as part of the permitting process, as well as seeking Arkansas Dept. of Health approval on any utility proposals. We have also attached photographs of the Department’s sign, now erected at College Station Elementary School frontage on Frazier Pike. Finally, applicants are required to provide a photograph as proof of the sign provided by this office posted at the site.
