Re: Application for Planned Zoning Development -Short Form for 13008 W. Markham Street, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
Mr. Moore,
Please find attached the Planning Zoning Development -Short Form Application, 3 copies of the
survey, and 18 copies of the Site Plan for your review. We are proposing a zoning change from the
existing 0-3 zoning to PCD zoning.
We are proposing a micro event center which will be used for weddings, parties, and small get-
togethers. The existing structure will be used for office space and event coordination. At the rear of
the property the existing gazebo will be rebuilt and a new pavilion will be constructed for weather
shelter and other uses.
The owners are proposing on -site parking for office personnel and street parking or other
arrangements for the patrons of the micro event center gatherings. We are also proposing that the
on -site food truck is to be permanently placed on the site with the pavilion.
