No ticketed events. Provide maximum number of occupants or guests at events. A: Maximum number of occupants 60 Will the food truck be permanently located on the site or be removed at the end of each business day? A: Food truck is to remain permanently on site Will the food truck be available for events only or have additional hours of operation? A: Food truck will be available for events & lunch hours to the general Public. Monday-Friday 8am-5 p.m. (office) Friday-Sunday 7 pm-1am (events) Provide details on garbage pick-up. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show/label on the site plan with required screening Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. A: There will be a dumpster on site. Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements for commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City's Zoning Ordinance). A: Added location and note Will there be any new or additional fencing, If so, provide details. A: The existing fence will be replaced with decorative block wall for privacy and provide as a sound barrier. Provide anticipated parking needs for proposed use. A: 14 parking spaces added w/ 1 ADA space Will there be alcohol for food prepared and served on site at the events? A: Alcohol and food service options will be made available on site per all applicable regulations Will live music be provided for events? A: Live music will be an option for guests to provide entertainment and/or music for events. All will be required to conform to CLR code and sound regulations.
