RE: PZD Application
Dear CLR Staff,
We are pleased to submit Cantrell West located behind 15122 Hwy 10. The total site is about 3.8
acres. This submittal is for the rezoning from PD-O & R-2 to PCD. We are requesting for all office zoning and
neighborhood commercial with some exceptions. We believe this proposed development works very well with
the adjacent property.
We are asking for 3 Variances:
Variance to allow two (2) ground-mounted, monument type signs.
Variance to allow more than 30% of land use buffers to be disturbed.
Variance to allow wall to be greater than 15' in height and without block face.
