The total site is about 3.8 acres. This submittal is for the rezoning from PD-O & R-2 to PCD. We are requesting for all office zoning and neighborhood commercial with some exceptions. We believe this proposed development works very well with the adjacent property. We are asking for 3 Variances: Variance to allow two (2) ground-mounted, monument type signs. Variance to allow more than 30% of land use buffers to be disturbed. Variance to allow wall to be greater than 15' in height and without block face.
