Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-5817-L Cantrell West Retail Center – PD-C
15122 Cantrell Road
Development Comments:
1. Provide building elevations with building heights.
2. Provide east / west and north/south cross-sections through the property.
3. Provide proposed signage plan including height and area of signs. Any new signage must
comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs allowed in commercial
zones).
4. Provide information for Auto Service structure including elevations, vehicle access bay, and
construction materials.
5. Provide details for Tire Storage area including elevations and construction materials.
6. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
7. Provide details for dumpster location on site plan. The dumpster area must be screened as per
Section 36-523 of the code.
8. Any landscape ordinance variances must be approved by the City Beautiful Commission.
9. Revise Exhibit “B” to add “Auto Service” as a requested use and eliminate “eating place, -
w/drive-thru” as a requested use.
10. Staff will require an emergency access drive connecting to Rummel Road.
11. Provide “Bill of Assurance” from the Pulaski County Clerk’s office.
