CLR Staff, We would like to formally request for this variance.   On Wed, Jan 25, 2023 at 7:33 AM Smith, Christopher J. <csmith@littlerock.gov> wrote: Jess,   Comments 9 & 10 from Engineering staff on Z-5817-L were not addressed.  Therefore, staff will need an email stating the developer is requesting a variance from the driveway requirements as stated in City Code 31-210 (e) or the site plan will need to be revised again.  Staff will add this variance request to the existing application and staff report once the email is received.  Previous staff comments 9 & 10 are below:    Per City Code 31-210 (e) (1) for arterial streets, a lot will require six hundred twenty-five (625) feet of frontage for two (2) drives.  If two driveways are still desired for this site by the developer, a variance request will have to be filed with the application for the planning commission’s consideration per City Code 31-210 (j). Per City Code 31-210 (e) (1) for arterial streets, driveway spacing shall be three hundred (300) feet.  Driveway spacing shall be centerline to centerline or centerline to right of way of an intersecting collector street or street of higher classification.  Minimum spacing from the property line shall be one hundred fifty (150) feet.  Maximum driveway width is thirty-six (36) feet.  Revise driveways to meet above requirement accordingly.    Let us know if you have any additional questions.   Regards,   Christopher Smith, P.E.
